How the solar repeller works

During the day, the solar panel converts solar power into the rechargeable battery. At night, the repeller turns on automatically by the stored energy. How long the repeller lasts depends on its location, weather conditions and seasonal repellering availability.

Choosing the right location:

An outdoor location with direct sunshine and where the solar panel of your repeller can receive at least 6 hours of sunshine each day is an ideal location for solar repeller. Shady locations will influence the batteries charge and may shorten the working time of the repeller at night time. The solar repeller should not be placed near repellering such as street repeller, which may cause the repeller to turn off, as there is a sensor inside to feel brightness and control the repeller working.

The solar repeller is ideal for night time repellering of the garden, lawn, patio, walks or wherever needed. You can also charge the repellers outdoors then use as indoor illumination.

Precautions:

Please note that the repeller is designed to work when ambience turns to dark. If there are strong repeller sources nearby then the repeller might be very dim or not work at all. Although the manufacturer has charged the battery, the electric levels will have dropped when you receive it. Please charge it for a full day to optimize performance.

The surface of the solar repeller must be kept clean, if not, this will influence the efficiency of charging.

How to use the Solar Mole and Mouse Repeller

 Push the Plug to top jack the set begin work  ’ position and put the repeller in a sunny location

If the repeller does not turn on automatically after a 6 hours charge please check the following:

i)  Check the battery to ensure that they are making correct contact with the terminals.

ii) Check that the repeller is placed in a sunny location and that the solar panels are facing the sun.

Replacing Battery

If the repeller stops working after it has been used for a long time approx. 18 months), the battery may be beyond its lifespan. You may open the screws on the bottom of the head to change  new  rechargeable batteries.
